As our App is linked to your Unicity Taxi Web Booker account you have access to your history & favourite locations from your Web Booker account.

Our App books your taxi directly into our dispatch system & jumps the often busy telephone queue when booking your cab. No more on-hold, no more waiting to get a taxi.

You will also be able to see how far away your taxi is with our LIVE Tracking feature plus access to a number of automatic "on approach" notifications.

Taxi fare estimates are available when placing an order.

Book a taxi using the built in GPS to determine your pickup point. If required, you may further fine tune the map pin location determined by using the map presented location on the screen of your iPhone.

Its just great , easy to use ,real time cab location ,keeps record of your cab which is good for lost n found .save lots of time being hold on phone . Only thing need to improve is cancel icon otherwise its best.
Makes getting a cab easier. Its nice having the time estimate as well. No more waiting on hold and i like that
i call cabs all the time. duffys always gave me bad service and most of their drivers are garbage. now i dont need to be on hold. unicity has earned my business time and time again due to good service. thanks
Used this app 3 times already and it really worked well. The taxi driver was on time and this app also good for immediate booking. Highly recommend using this app.
I was put on hold waiting for an operator so I downloaded the app, registered, and had a taxi at my place downtown in 10 mins. The one real downside to the app is that it does not allow you to pay by credit card like Uber. That is a major shortcoming considering most people dont carry cash anymore.

Some bad moments

Lot of improvement is required for this app. Estimated time for taxi arrival is not accurate at all. Duffy has a way better app.
Ive used the app before, and when it did work it wouldve gotten a 5 star rating. However Im not sure if its just me or anyone leave is having the issue but since Friday its stuck on the were using our new gps system to find a vacant cab and sits there for a while (waited an hour Friday) and no can ever confirmed my booking. Please use with caution.
Its strange that customer service has eluded this industry in Winnipeg. I understand why Uber is being so well revived in so many cities. Dont count on them to catch a plane!
Hard to specify pickup location (Missing entire streets and addresses) slow bookings and completely unreliable car tracking. Bookings often made to cars that are not close by and overall customer experience is poor.
Info says a car is on its way, then a different one, then another one, then the booking is cancelled I rated 1* only bcause 0* is not accepted 100% unreliable
Terrible app. Awful interface. The app needs to be redesigned from the ground up.
